Outdoor saunas,
for trade

Micro CLT cabins, made in Latvia. A ready-made sauna line for resellers and installers, shipped flat-packed worldwide.

Two installers raising a micro CLT sauna wall panel by hand during assembly
Why flat-pack

Goes where pods cannot

A finished sauna pod arrives on a lorry and needs a crane, a clear driveway and a lot of luck. Ours arrives as six panels. They are carried by hand, one at a time, through a standard side gate, up to a roof terrace, or down to a lakeside plot with no vehicle access at all.

Two to four people, forty minutes to two hours, ordinary hand tools. No crane, no foundation, no trades.

Two finishes

The difference
is inside

Base interior with solid aspen benches against the panel face

Everything that matters.

The Base shares its entire structure with the Premium. The same micro CLT shell, the same 8 mm toughened glazing, the same sealed flat roof, the same stainless fixings. What changes is the lining: solid aspen benches sit against the panel face, and the money goes into the build rather than the finish.

Micro CLT shell, identical to Premium
8 mm toughened grey glazing
Sealed flat roof, stainless fixings
Solid aspen bench seating
Premium interior fully lined in thermo-aspen — walls, ceiling, benches and vents

Thermo-aspen, throughout.

Thermo-treating bakes the moisture out of aspen. What comes back is timber that will not warp or split, that stays cool to the touch at ninety degrees, and that has darkened all the way through to a deep honey. In the Premium it lines the entire cabin: walls, ceiling, benches and vents, not only the boards you sit on.

Stays cool to the touch at 90°C
Deep honey tone, right through the board

Premium is the same cabin with a thermo-aspen interior throughout. Most customers choose it once they have seen both.

FAQ

Trade
questions

How does the trade account work?

Minimum to open an account is ten units, which you can mix across sizes and finishes however suits your market. You buy at trade, set your own retail. We ship from Riga to your premises or direct to your customer, with freight and customs handled. We work with one partner per territory.

How long does it take to assemble?

Two to four people, forty minutes to two hours, using ordinary hand tools — a 15 mm wrench, an impact driver with Torx bits, a rubber mallet, a level and a silicone gun. A full illustrated manual is included.

Will it fit through a side gate?

Almost certainly. The cabin arrives as six separate panels, carried by hand rather than craned in. This is the main reason customers choose it over a fully assembled pod. Send us a photograph of the access and we will confirm.

What base does it need?

A level, load-bearing base — paving slabs or bricks are ideal. The support points must line up with the cabin's pegs. Getting the base right is the single most important part of the installation; an out-of-level base shows in every panel joint and the door will not close evenly.

Is a heater included?

No. We can supply one specified to the cabin size, quoted separately. If you already work with a heater brand, we ship the cabin pre-cut with the electrical penetration so your own unit can be fitted on site.

Do I need an electrician?

Yes. Electrical installation must be carried out by a certified electrician. In the UK this is notifiable work under Part P.

What is the difference between Base and Premium?

The structure is identical — same shell, glazing, roof and fixings. Base has solid aspen bench seating against the panel face. Premium lines the entire cabin in thermo-aspen: walls, ceiling, benches and vents.

How is it delivered?

Freight from Riga, with export and import declarations handled, door to door. Delivery is quoted per destination.

What certification do the materials carry?

The CLT panels are NOVATOP SWP to EN 13986 with E1 formaldehyde classification. Glazing is 8 mm toughened to EN 12150-2. The roof membrane is EN 1504-2. Interior finishes are Teknos M1 emission class. We can supply the declarations with your order.

Can we see a sample before committing?

Contact us to arrange a viewing or a sample of the cladding and interior timber.
